Asphalt Shingle Roofing
Asphalt composition shingles have been in use since 1903. They are one of the most reliable types of roofing material and last, on average, up to 20 years or more. They are cost-effective and easy to install. They come in two different base materials – organic and fiberglass and many different colors and styles.
3-Tab shingles
• Single-layer overlapping with slight tone variations

• Designed to last 20+ years
Architectural or dimensional shingles
• Stronger and more durable than the 3-tab
• Lasts 30 years or longer

Metal Roofing

Standing Seam Metal Roofs
Panel seams are attached to a solid roof deck or open framing using concealed clips or flanges. They are designed to expand and contract with changing weather conditions, and standing seam metal roofing is a low-maintenance option.
R-Panel Exposed Fasteners
Overlapping panels are screwed directly to the roof deck or wall framing, and unlike the standing seam metal roofs, the fasteners are exposed through the face of the metal. This kind of metal roof is not recommended for use over heated areas of the structure. It does not allow for the expansion and contraction of the materials, making exposed fastener roofs expensive to maintain.
